ONLINE CONSULATION GUIDELINES.

Kindly remember to fulfil the following criteria given below before registering for the online consultation. 

My online consultation is given mainly for the outstation Cancer Patients and some special medical case worth considering. It is not for all the common ailments.

1. You are advised to attach a one-page medical case summary report of the patient from the date of diagnosis till the present status in a chronological order. 
2. You can attach the copies of your recently taken CT-Scans/MRI/USG reports or blood tests done to my online email ID only: arurahealth@gmail.com. Avoid sending films and images unless necessary 
3. One should be able to join the link at least 3 minutes before the session. Kindly wait for a minimum of 5 minutes for the Doctor to appear. Doctors can appear 3 to 5 minutes before or after the time given. Kindly send email without fail if you are not able to join the link, or if there is any foreseeable delay or not being able to turn up for the online.
4. You can surely request for the change of date and timings of the online consultation. You can also send your mobile WhatsApp number as a second option in case of problem with Google meet.
5.  You are advised to collect the first morning urine sample inside a clean transparent mineral water bottle or any clean glass bottle (like a used jam bottle). Urine volume should be 100 ml approx. Avoid any opaque or coloured bottles. Make sure to keep a white tissue Paper/cotton under the urine bottle while taking the photo. Sometimes it is good to lift the bottle and take photo from the bottom-up. Urine bottle should not have any colourful reflection from the background while taking the photos.
6. Take the 1st photo of the urine after 5 minutes of the collection, and the 2nd photo of the urine sample after 2 hours. The photos should be emailed to me.
7. The same urine sample should be shown to me during the online consultation on the same evening. You may need a chopstick or any straw ready to stir the urine when needed.
8. Only one person is allowed to speak on behalf of the patient. But, personal appearance of the patient is highly encouraged no matter however short it may be. 
9. Online consultation is given only in the evening hours from 6.05 PM IST to 8.35.PM. Duration given is 30 minutes only.
